WHAT IS FICA :
The Ibero American Forum of Convergence and Audiovisual FICA 2009 is organized by ANDINA LINK and the Ibero-American Association of Research centers and Companies of Telecommunications (AHCIET). The FICA, which is carried out within the trade show ANDINA LINK, is the specialized academic environment where executives from the television and telecommunication industry can analyze the financial, commercial and technological impact produced by the implementation of digital audiovisual solutions and applications.
