Sponsorship Application Contract:
In order to reserve any of the sponsorship mention below a Sponsorship Application Contract must me completed, signed and send back to us for invoice. You must identify within the options presented the sponsorship application contract you selection; in case that the sponsorship you selected is not listed please use *OTHER* and write the name of the sponsorship you chose as well as the price. Payment Terms:
Payment must be received within the specified dates in the application contract and in the invoice. Terms and conditions of payment can be found in the Sponsorship Application Contract.
