RATES POLITICS
- A weekend rate applies from Friday until Sunday.
- Long stay rate, minimum 10 nights.
RESERVATIONS POLITICS
Any reservation must be guaranteed 24hrs before the arrival date and the guest must send an engagement letter of the company or a credit card.
CANCELLATIONS POLITICS
The reservation will have to be paid 24 hours before the host arrival, to avoid any extra charge once it is guaranteed. The Extra charge for No show is 100 % of the first night value.
BUY ORDER POLITICS
When the company promises to pay the expenses it will have to send the buy order or engagement letter of payment, specifying that will cover expenses. The order will have to be in the hotel at the guest CHECK IN moment. On the opposite case we will be in the painful situation to request the guest a payment form. This option applies to the companies that have credit with the hotel.

- Guarantee
