 CONFERENCES: Technological convergence and regulation will always be a factor that the private sector must bear in mind.
For this reason, ANDINA LINK promotes scenarios of debate and analysis about the challenges of regulation in a more and more globalizated world, where the technological advances precede regulation.
ANDINA LINK CENTRAL AMERICA 2007 – HONDURAS will serve as frame to realize the First Preparatory Meetings for the Iberoamerican Convergence Forum 2008, which we are organizing jointly with the National Commission of Telecommunications of Honduras – CONATEL.

If you want to take part in these meetings, please send us before July 15 the topic that you would like to study, with the corresponding Power Point, Word or PDF presentation. Before 1st of August we will inform you if the paper will do part of the conferences agenda.
