This seminary is directed to Engineers and Technicians of networks of CATV in charge of the planning, the design and the maintenance of the optical fiber connections and the main ones of coaxial cable.

To evaluate the nature of the changes made from the head to the terminal of the user, and the methodology of implementation.
To make an analysis of the possible strategies directed to the optimal use of these technologies in the present systems.
3. - Digitalization of the cable TV
