CLASSIFICATION "A" (Free of Visa)

It includes/understands the countries whose nationals, to enter the Salvadoran national territory solely need to present/display their effective passport and to be admitted by the Migratory Official in the arrival port.

CLASSIFICATION "B" (It sights Consular or Without Consultation)

This includes/understands the countries whose nationals to enter national territory, besides to present/display their effective passport must bring printed Consular Visa and to be admitted by the Migratory Official in the arrival port

CLASSIFICATION "C" (It sights Consulted)

The national of anyone of the countries included/understood in this category, must ask for before the consulate a endorsement of the Main directorate of Migracio'n and Extranjería to enter the country. Interested or the its respaldante must go to the respective consulate to ask for the information on the requirements to apply. If the endorsement is in El Salvador it must make the consultations in the Main directorate of Migracio'n and Extranjería in El Salvador.

Special Visa observations:

For some national people of a category treatment of another category will be able to be given them that favors to them.

• To a person classified in Consular category of “Visa or Without Consulta” (b) with residence in a country classified in category of “Exento of visa” (a) will occur treatment him of “Exento of Visa” (A).

• To a person classified in category of “Visa Consultada” (c) that counts properly on residence verified in in a country classified in category of “Exento of Visa”(A) or in a country classified in Consular category “Visa or Without Consulta” (B), Consular treatment of “Visa or Without Consulta” will only be able to be given him; (B). Treatment of “Exento of Visa” will not be able to be given him;.
